Being a family company and with quality top of mind, our growth is very methodical and, well, unhurried. While we’re confident we have the best mac-and-cheese in the world, for now the world will have to come to us in Wisconsin and see first-hand our love of cheese.
We’re not required to post nutritional information (yet), but you may be able to extrapolate from the ingredients that our dishes aren’t in the latest health-food cookbook. MACS is food for the soul, and for that, it’s about as healthy as it gets.
However, if you must know, our regular-sized Original MAC contains approximately 500 calories. It’s noodles, cheese, and all your other delicious favorites in a skillet. #Yum!
Yes, MACS does offer gluten-free options. For each of our signature MACS dishes, you may substitute a base of delicious – and equally cheesy – sliced potatoes.
